Below is a email Bill wrote to a interested buyer who asked Bill how his experience was with our company, this email was then forwarded to me from that interested buyer.

I was a bit anxious about spending $1679.00 for a treadmill sight unseen. But all of my research pointed to the treadmill built by Keys as the "Gold Standard" in treadmills for this price range.  (Keys builds the treadmills that Cardiozone sells) I had to buy a heavy duty machine because I weigh 260 pounds.  So, after my research on the treadmill and the company selling it, I decided to take a chance.  It worked out great.  The treadmill is even better than described.  This is one solid and sturdy professional unit. The movers brought the 300 pound treadmill to the room and the spot I wanted it.  I should tell you that I live in a condo on the 3rd floor with no elevator. These guys carried the unit up 28 stairs!  Frankly, that was a big selling point for me. The fact that it was included in the price was amazing.  I tipped both guys $10.00 each as in my case they sure earned it!  Also, Tom was great about keeping me informed about the status of my unit, when it shipped from Texas, providing a tracking number, providing a phone number for me to call to set up a delivery date, just totally professional. I never called or emailed requesting any info, they did this all on their own.  They ended up calling me to set up the delivery.  I had to do some minor assembly.  I basically just folded the rails up and bolted the hand rails on.  I also had to install the hood.  This was very easy to do and I believe Tom explained it on the eBay description page.  I had a minor glitch because a connector had come off in shipping.  The unit didn't work right.  I called Tom who informed me of who to call, I then called the Cardiozone support line and got a live knowledgeable person in ONE RING!, also Tom picked up the phone on my first call to him.  I described the problem and the support guy directed me right to the wire that was off.  He told me that he could send someone to my home if I wanted or I could try to fix it.  It was as simple as connecting the wire to the board. Even that was a great experience and great support which is rare these days. I have been on the treadmill about every other day and it is the best treadmill I have ever used.  I have had no problems at all.  I highly recommend this treadmill and this company to all.  I have recommended them to some friends at work too.  If you are serious about buying a treadmill, you will be very happy with the whole experience.

Bottom line:  This was a totally professional and great experience and I could not be happier with the treadmill.  It is a solid and strong unit.   Bill L.

Treadmill arrived yesterday. Everything looks great - set up was simple. The machine is excellent. It has no problem dealing with my 270lbs even when I'm running and the padded belt is very forgiving on my knees. Just what the doctor ordered - seriously! I am very pleased...
